Transparent cards only feel premium when the white ink, cutting and packaging are done right. That's why we keep every order fast, precise and tightly controlled.
Our business cards are not the washed-out transparent cards often produced by fast, single-pass digital printing. The white ink layer and the cyan, magenta, yellow and black (K) inks are laid down separately, with each colour checked at its own stage for a crisp, rich and balanced result. This print process can take as long as 4–5 hours.
Don't pay for thin PVC and washed-out print. A 500-micron frosted transparent body, strong white ink, spot UV and a clean cut completely change how the card feels in the hand. A final varnish layer, added after printing, improves the surface's resistance to scratches.
The plate, white-ink and spot-UV setup only needs preparing once. On a one-off run, a single order has to absorb all of that cost, which is why the same quality costs many times more at most printers. Instead, we group orders into planned batches and print them together using UV offset printing.
